How We Got Here
Hi! We are Annie & Awhina Tane the proud new owners of The Auction House Cafe & Bar. Taking over from Judy McNielly near the end of 2022 we hope to provide you all with excellent service, delicious coffee and food. An opportunity that we are so lucky to have been offered and one we couldn't refuse. As young cafe owners who are proud Southlanders, we are very excited for this new journey in our lives and we can't wait to see what the future has in store for us! We hope to carry on what Judy has built and bring new and exciting ideas to the table. We've had such a great support system around us and we are so appreciative for our staff and whanau for sticking by us.

The Auction House is a premier and authentic cafe that has been proudly serving the Invercargill area and beyond since 2018. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skilful cooking into one extraordinary cafe experience.
